I'm hiking most of the John Muir Trail from August 4 to August 24th, spending the first five days with a group of friends from high school, who will leave the trail at Red's Meadow on August 10, where I will resupply and continue south. I resupply once more at the Muir Trail Ranch five days later on August 15, and then hope to meet another group of friends on the southern side of Forester Pass on August 22, and then will make my exit over Shepherd's Pass at the Symmes Creek/Onion Valley Trailhead on the 24th.
