Adventure Story
Starting from Georgetown, Texas, I am riding to Chandler Az from Central Texas, to meet some friends for lunch at the Heart Attack Grill. One of my Texas friends Merritt, will be flying in to pick up a BMW motorcycle from my California friend, Tony. Tony will be riding the bike to Phoenix from S.F. Ca. Tim Reard and Mike Reeves from Ca. are also enroute.

Merritt and I will then ride back home to Texas. For me it will either be a three day or four day round trip of about 2100 miles plus change. We will try avoiding the interstates as much as we can.

I will take some time to enjoy New Mexico, which was a former home for me. I was stationed at Holloman AFB from 1976 thru 1979 courtesy of the US Air Force.

Favorite segments of the ride will be from Artesia to Alamagordo and Carrizzozo to Roswell NM, as they bring back memories of my time there.
